Meet Pat

Hi, I’m Patrick Dwyer, owner of Gemstar Contractors LLC. I founded Gemstar Contractors LLC after completing my bachelor’s degree in economics at Penn State University in 1993. After school, I had aspirations of working in the financial industry in NYC. However, the job market and economy at the time were in a recession, and I was having a hard time finding a viable job. Since I had worked in the construction trades during the summer in high school and college, people I knew began asking me to do improvements on their homes. Soon after, a company was born.
At the time, I knew there was a stigma that came with home improvement contractors of being unreliable and not trustworthy. I wanted to change the way people thought about the industry. So, I made a point of being professional in everything I did. This included, calling people back in a timely manner, being punctual, taking the time with customers to figure out their wants and needs, writing estimates and contracts in a clear and concise manner that itemize every step of the process, delivering the highest quality product to the specifications and at the price agreed upon in the contract, hiring quality employees and treating them well, and constantly educating myself about the business.
Today, I can proudly say that we have served thousands of satisfied customers who repeatedly come back to us in order to fulfill their painting needs because they have seen the value of using the services of Gemstar Contractors LLC, time and time again.
Meet Chris

With a multifaceted career spanning the financial markets, technology development, and real estate, I bring a unique blend of analytical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and strategic business development experience. I began my career as a stock trader, gaining hands-on insight into market dynamics, risk management, and high-pressure decision-making. Building on this foundation, I went on to own and operate a brokerage firm, where I led operations, risk management, and growth initiatives.
I played a key role in designing and implementing an algorithmic trading software platform used by the firm for its proprietary trading operations. The software performed advanced quantitative analytics and auto execution for statistical arbitrage trading models. This experience strengthened my ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive operational efficiency while bridging the gap between market expertise and technology innovation.
My career further expanded into private lending and real estate investment, where I have evaluated, funded, and managed a range of investment opportunities. As a licensed real estate agent, I continue to apply my financial acumen and market knowledge to support clients in navigating complex transactions and achieving their investment goals.

Meet Justin

Justin Weber is our Commercial Sales Director with more than a decade of experience in commercial restoration and construction. Known for his relationship-focused approach and deep industry knowledge, Justin combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve successful project outcomes.
He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Delaware Valley University and is currently pursuing his PhD in Public Policy at Liberty University. Justin is passionate about continuous learning, team leadership, and building strong partnerships that support long-term business growth.
Meet Morgan

I am Morgan Wilkes, a sales professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. I approach every client interaction with a unique combination of discipline, customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.
My career began in the United States Marine Corps, where I developed resilience, integrity, and mission-focused leadership—qualities that continue to guide me in both my professional and personal life. After my military service, I built a strong foundation in finance, working as a mortgage loan specialist and later as a private lender in the investor real estate market. In these roles, I helped clients navigate complex transactions and secure profitable investments with trust and transparency.
My financial expertise is complemented by hands-on entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a successful restaurant. This venture allowed me to further develop my leadership, operations management, and customer service skills.
Today, I bring together the discipline of the military, the insight of a financial professional, the creativity of an entrepreneur, and the persistence of a seasoned sales leader. My journey reflects a commitment to service, growth, and excellence across multiple industries, always guided by a mission-focused approach rooted in dedication and service.
